We pride ourselves on being innovative and distinctive party specialists! We will transform your upcoming celebration into a chic, enchanting, memory-filled affair.

We specialize in crafting individual teepee spaces for your celebrations, whether it’s a slumber party, pool celebration, or movie night event. Each party set includes tents, plush mattresses, luxurious pool floats, high-quality linens, soft decorating towels, ambient lighting, and a curated selection of decorations, pillows, and styling elements to suit the theme and style of your event.  We’ve thoughtfully designed themes tailored for both boys and girls and continue to add more themes to our library regularly.  If you don’t find a theme that matches your taste, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to create a personalized theme just for you!

How it works

We are aware how busy moms are! our purpose is to help you host the perfect celebration for your children as stress free as possible!  We have carefully curated every aspect of our experience to provide you with all the essentials to create a truly magical and unforgettable celebration.

We handle the delivery, assembly, and impeccable styling of your party, all completed before your guests arrival.  Moreover, we’ll return after your party ends to efficiently pack up and remove everything, ensuring your home remains pristine.

We suggest booking 6 weeks in advance to ensure your date and desired theme are available, but don’t worry if you don’t have that much time! You can still fill out an inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your request or work with you to help you select the next best option for your party.

Can be arranged with at least 2 weeks from event, and we can try to arrange them with less time for a rush fee.  After you fill out the inquiry with all the details, you will get an email back from us following up.  We will confirm that your date and time are available and or any other options we can offer you.

After your party is booked, we will continue to communicate to finalize all the details and we will set up the time we will arrive at the location to set up and style your party and a pick-up time.  It will take 1-2 hrs to style depending on your party size.  The approximate set up time will be informed to you during booking process.  We will make sure to leave enough time between the set up and the arrival of your guests.

We make certain that all arrangements are meticulously arranged, coordinate a pickup time with you for the following day, and then grant you the freedom to relish in your memorable occasion!

**Following each occasion, our team ensures that every bedding item undergoes professional cleaning. Mattresses, decorative pillows, and adornments are thoroughly sanitized for your peace of mind.

Package

The Cost of our package is $300 for 3 tents ($85 for each additional tent). This price includes overnight rental, set up/styling and take down.

  • 50% Deposit is collected upon booking.
  • Extra night fee is $30 per tent.
  • $100 Security deposit. This will be returned to the customer as long as there is no damage to equipment after the event is over.

Pool Cabanas

Pool Cabanas

Unsure about hosting a slumber party? No worries! We’re thrilled to introduce pool cabana parties as an alternative. Similar to our slumber party tents, but situated by the poolside. Select from our two themed options, each offering basic and deluxe packages. On the day of your event, we’ll arrive, set up, and stylize everything to perfection.

The cost of our basic packet starts at $100 per cabana. Our deluxe packet starts at $135 per cabana. This process includes 5 hours rental, set up/styling and take down.

*50% deposit is collected upon booking
*$200 security deposit. This will be returned as long as there is no damage to equipment after the event is over.
*If pick up is after 8pm, there will be an extra charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ensuring hygiene is our top priority. To maintain hygiene standards, our mattresses and sleeping pillows are equipped with protective covers.  Our services emulate the standards of luxury hotels, providing meticulously cleaned and sanitized sleeping arrangements, including mattresses, pillows, protective covers, and all other amenities. We take pride in the cleanliness of all TeePee Society items.

Absolutely! we offer a range of themes tailored for both boys and girls. Should you have a specific theme in mind that is not currently available, we are open to discussing custom options for an additional fee.

To reserve your TeePee Society package and theme, press the RESERVE button.  Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will confirm availability via email within 24 hours.  You will then be directed to sign our contract and submit the deposit payment.  Kindly note that the reservation will only be confirmed upon completion of the deposit payment.

To secure your event date and theme, we require a 50 percent deposit at the time of booking. Events booked with less than two weeks’ notice will require full payment at the time of booking.

The venue should be spacious enough to accommodate the tents and mattresses/floats you require comfortably. Prior to our arrival, please ensure that all furniture and other items are removed, and area is thoroughly cleaned.

Each of our TeePees require approximately 50”x75” of space, and 5 feet in height.  Feel free to reach out to us to discuss the optimal configuration for your event.  After you book, we will request a picture and measurements of your space to configure set up.

Absolutely! We’re happy to set up at a venue of your choice. While our TeePee Society Events are primarily designed for home settings, we’re open to discussing alternative locations. Please note: If you plan to host a TeePee Society event at a hotel or different venue, kindly contact them directly to review their guidelines and policies before booking. Also, please be aware that you are responsible for all associated fees with the chosen location.

The inclusions vary depending on the type of party and theme selected. Typically, our packages encompass everything depicted in the chosen theme’s picture or similar unless otherwise specified. Upon requesting a reservation, you will receive a contract outlining the specifics of your package. Additionally, all packages incorporate a personalized item for your guests as a keepsake.  We also provide additional favors and activities for an extra fee, which can be viewed on our “Extras” link. You will have the opportunity to select these options at the time of booking.  Please note that in some instances, depending on our availability, we may substitute items for similar ones to those photographed. Rest assured, we will ensure that the aesthetic of the party remains just as beautiful.

Our standard rental period for slumber teepees is one night. Day party rentals are for the duration of your party and in general we pick up later that evening.  However, if you would like to rent the tents for longer than one night, arrangements can be made during the booking process for an additional fee.

The setup duration varies depending on the size and complexity of the event.  Typically our setup process takes approximately 1-2 hours ensuring meticulous attention to detail for a seamless experience.  We will coordinate the delivery and pick up times and duration once the booking process is finalized to ensure completion before your guests arrive.

We serve the Dallas Forth Worth area.  Our travel delivery fees are assessed according to the distance from our office location in Frisco.

To prevent damage to the tents, mattresses, and linens, we recommend avoiding consumption of food and drinks inside the tents.

We acknowledge accidents can occur, particularly in the presence of children.  In case of breakage or damage, please inform us immediately.  We will asses the situation and discuss the necessary steps for a resolution.  Any associated costs for repairs or replacements is outlined in our damages policy section.  Payment for damages is kindly requested upon the retrieval of items.

We understand that unforeseen things happen.  We accept cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event, subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Additionally, we can accommodate up to two rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event subject to availability.

Policies and Procedures

The space must be sufficiently spacious to accommodate tents and mattresses/floats/loungers. Please ensure that all furniture and personal items have been cleared prior to our arrival, as we do not provide furniture moving service. Prior to our arrival, we kindly ask that the designate are be thoroughly cleaned.

Please inform us during the booking process regarding the available space.  Keep in mind that each tent should be approximately 50×75 inches and 5 inches tall.

If your event is hosted in a private venue, please be aware that you are responsible for covering all venue-related fees.

Any harm to TeePee Society’s property will incur charges. Please ensure that items which may cause staining or damage to our fabrics and linens, such as paint, markers, nail polish, makeup, colored drinks, food, craft or slime products, are kept out of the tents.

Smoking, vaping and pets are strictly prohibited in the designated event area.  We kindly ask for your cooperation with these requests to prevent any pet or smoke odor from affecting our equipment.  In the event of odor detection, professional cleaning or replacement may be required, resulting in additional fees.

Please note that our decorative pillows are intended for decorative purposes only and not for sleeping. The display trays placed in front of the tents are also part of the décor and are intended for holding any additional items or favors you may include in your package. Please refrain from using them for arts and crafts or as meal trays.

Slumber party tents and their associated decorations are to be kept indoors at all time.  Pool floats should remain outside of pool unless specifically rented for that purpose.  Any pool floats intended for pool use are rented separately and are not included in the pool party packages.  Pool tents, outdoor movie loungers, screens, projectors and their associated equipment and decorations are to be kept away from any direct water exposure, including sprinklers or any other water sources.  The client is responsible for ensuring the sprinkler systems in the designated are are shut off 24 hrs before and during the duration of the event.

In order to reschedule your event, you must notify us with at least 14 days before the scheduled date.  Rescheduling is subject to date and theme availability on the desired date.  We permit one schedule change per booking.  Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of your event.  Cancellations made before the 14 day deadline will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

TeePee Society holds no liability for the damage or loss of our inventory once it is set up at the event location. We do not assume responsibility for accidents or damages, and the client will be held financially accountable for any damage to our property.

Additionally, TeePee Society is not responsible for any activities that occur during the rental period of our products that may lead to allergic reactions of any kind, including wearing costumes, tasting food menu or playing with any materials during the event.

TeePee Society takes photos at the event location to use on our social media platforms and website for promotional purposes.  These photos may include images of the setup, decorations, and overall ambiance of the event.  We use these photos to showcase our services and to provide inspiration to future clients.  If you prefer that specific photos not be shared, please notify us in writing before the event.
